December 11, 2017 at 6:59 am #139486H.K. LatiyanParticipantHi, All these strings comes from different files. If you have translated all of them in the wplms theme and the plugins, then it can mean that your translation files are not present in the correct place. Please make sure your translation files are present as follows: Wplms theme: wp-content/languages/themes folder. Vibe plugins: wp-content/languages/plugins folder. Also, sync the translation files with the pot file before translating. Let me know if this helps.December 11, 2017 at 7:33 am #139493raydel11SpectatorThank you for your help, can you please be more explícit. Does It means that I should upload the translate file in both folder? Can you explain in detail with files? Thank you in advance.December 11, 2017 at 10:54 am #139506H.K. LatiyanParticipantHi, When you edit the file in loco translate then in the file info you can check it's path. You can also add new language file and then specify the path. The wplms translation files should be present in these folders only, then only the translations will be reflected on the website.December 11, 2017 at 10:55 am #139507H.K. LatiyanParticipantThe translation files added are always safe from updates, that's why we add the files in there.December 11, 2017 at 11:39 am #139518raydel11SpectatorThank you for your answer. I'm going to check the fileDecember 11, 2017 at 12:02 pm #139524raydel11SpectatorHello, I was checking the file and I found the Spanish folder in both path.December 11, 2017 at 12:23 pm #139534raydel11SpectatorI found this https://prnt.sc/hlycxa It means that I have to <span style="color: #444444; font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif; font-size: 13px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: #ffffff; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; display: inline !important; float: none;">Sync before making any changes? Can you help? thank you.December 12, 2017 at 9:53 am #139626raydel11SpectatorHello H. K. Any news about this issue? I need to fix this problem as soon as possible. I have the students waiting to access the school.December 12, 2017 at 10:07 am #139627H.K. LatiyanParticipantHi, Your first screenshot clearly shows that the path is wrong. I already mentioned the global path in my previous replies and you are translating the local file present inside the vibe course module plugin. Please translate the global file only. OR Simply copy the local file from the plugin and add it in the global folder as mentioned earlier and then sync the file with template and then clear the cache and check.December 12, 2017 at 10:25 am #139632raydel11SpectatorThen I only have to translate the file in theme child? Can you provide with more information " a screenshot for example" may be for you is evident but not for me. Furthermore, if I only have to translate in child theme I have been doing it and it do es not work. Here is where should I translate? https://prnt.sc/hme3qrDecember 13, 2017 at 5:29 am #139740DianaParticipant@raydel11, You need not translate the file in the child theme. Just copy the files from the local file and place it in the global file. And then translate the global file. If you didn't understand what i mean just share your ftp credentials with us. P.S.
