Unable to Extend the Student Subscription

Hi, We are unable to extend the subscription of one of our student. You have shown the method in https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2WEGP_8mGn4. Unable to find the exact page or option like showing in video (picture 3) if we click on admin . See picture 1 and 2.
