I discussed it with @Alex and he said is if you have multisite then you need to enable buddypress separately on each subsite and not on network.

What's happening is when you are logging in from admin account the URL is this ->

And when you are loggin in with student or other account the URL is this
https://prntscr.com/12vkn82
That's why users are not able to login.
So first please do the same.
Till then you can use this solution->
To resolve the issue I had enabled using buddypress on single page.
You had to just edit the app page in back-end to display the dashboard in full width . refer here->

Hello!!! I would like to have my original setting back!
I dont want the "App" (I now called it "Nutzerbereich" = "users area" to stopp the confusion) solution forever.
At least I want a proper site with header and footer where the customers get to after login and I dont want the second login form anymore
Almost 3 days without reply is really long.
I installed BuddyPress on the academy and not networkwise, so please, that must be ok to get it working as it was two weeks ago!

Ok disabled the bp single page and fixed the issue with the double login .
Please check .
One issue which I did not checked is with the unit content ?
I need more details on this : does the content not showing to edit .Is some content missing from unit ?
