Thanks. This is where things get confusing...
I don't have any caching on my website! I installed WP Super Cache and hit 'delete' but it said nothing was cached.
My sysadmin says there's no caching on the server.
I have the plugin Redirection installed and tried deactivating that, but that made no difference.
I wonder if this is related to another issue I have with permalinks not working on my events pages after editing events? Thread here https://wplms.io/support/forums/topic/problem-with-eventon/
Hi..
I checked your website and found out that your wplms theme is at 2.6.1 version and your plugins are at 2.8 versions.
This incompatibility between theme and plugins can also cause such issues.
Please update your theme also to 2.8 version.
Let me know if this helps.
Update-core says that all themes are up to date. I had to uninstall Envato Market as it was stopping the dashboard working. What's the next step?
Thank you!
No your theme is not updated, your wplms theme version is 2.6.1 version but the latest version is 2.8 version.
You can refer these tips to update the theme:

arrgghhh I don't know what to do now. I have manually updated the theme using the latest files downloaded from Theme Forest but it's still showing as 2.6.1 and the problem is still there. I *really* need this fixed! Is there any news on the Envato plugin being fixed so I can use the automatic updater?
In the themeforest there is the latest 2.8 version and not the 2.6.1 version.
After downloading the theme you can check its version, and then replace the files through your ftp.
Hello! So I finally managed to upgrade to 2.8. Hurrah! However... the original problem still persists. What are the next steps?
Thanks :)
