    Hello friends At Videoencrypt I have 600 minutes purchased and will use it for video conferencing through BBB.
    1. First consultation: it is if the renewal of minutes is automatic if I have an associated card or paypal account, this prevents the service from being cut in the middle of a live conference because the balance ended.

    2. Second consultation, where are the recorded lectures in the Live Conferences (BBB) ​​kept and for the time and capacity available?

    1 . not its not automatic , however you can see it in dashboard remaining minutes on videoencrypt.com/account. 2 . Well the recorded lectures are saved in our bbb server .

    1. When I log in to BBB, the White Board is not shown, have they proven that this is working well?

    2. You have tested the capacity of the server for BBB, that is, if I as a user do a conference with 200 or 500 users (the same time), will it support that amount without problems? or is there any limit.

    3. I understand that the duration of the conference at BBB is determined by the user (that is, the host of the meeting) and there is no limit on the part of the server.

    3. Yes, the duration depends on the person but if a user is not active for 15 minutes then he will be automatically out from the meeting

    @tuaptitud, Can you check the output of the Javascript console to see if there are any network errors that failed to load content from server. also we have an option to upload default presentation try that as well: Go to wp-admin > LMS > Settings > Appointments tab > upload pdf here and check again About the maximum no of participants. Actually we did a test with small number of participants. If you want I can change the value and you can test on our server

    @tuaptitud, Currently we are using videoencrypt as well for our work from home session and the whiteboard is not visible in our meetings as well. I asked about this to Mr. Vibe and he told me there is no need to worry about this. Nothing will be going to impact anything Yes,  I can do the test. Just do one thing. Today we released appointments update, please update the addon and then do let me know
