    Hi, The Visual composer is not working for my theme which was purchased with the theme. I am also not able to update to the new version of the theme. Can somepne please advise how to update the theme as many plugins are not working and are not getting updated? Many thanks. ADA

    The plugins are updated normally from wordpress updates (wp-admin->dashboard->updates, click on check again to get the updates).     Child themes are updated manually only. So you'll have to download the latest child theme from themeforest and then go to themes directory through ftp and delete the previous one and upload the new one, or rename the previous and upload the new one. If the new one is working fine then delete the previous which is renamed, but if something goes wrong then rename the new one or delete it and rename the previous one again to use it.
