You can use contact form 7. For getting mail you will have to set some settings. Refer: https://contactform7.com/setting-up-mail/

We're using the inbuilt Forms shortcode. It is incredibly flexible and light weight. See this doc : https://vibethemes.github.io/wplms-docs/admin-guide.html#general In this c=form, we're not recording any mails.

@adi: Just want to mention Contact Form 7 is not compatible with WPLMS custom registration forms when using reCatpcha on both forms: If you use WPLMS Custom registration forms with reCaptcha enabled, and want to use Contact Form 7 reCaptcha feature, it will break your registration form as CF7 is now using reCaptcha v3 and it conflicts with WPLMS forms using reCaptcha v2. I'm struggling with this issue for a while and had to keep using an old CF7 version (see my forum post here).

@WPLMS: could be cool to add reCaptcha option in your built-in contact form shortcodes to make it trendy.. Captcha are mandatory IMHO to any contact form (especially on mid-high traffic websites)... If you add this feature some of us won't need to use third party plugins for this. Thanks for considering!

Yes, reCaptcha v3 is not available as of now. Our development team is working on it. Most probably it will available with next update.
