    Hi, We ran new test purchases and the issue remains for Chemistry Learner: http://prntscr.com/hbkhoh http://prntscr.com/hbkhvh http://prntscr.com/hbkhys Same we did for Chemistry Scholar and Scholar Plus courses. Same thing. Payment went through, everything was alright emails came in to notify of new orders. We got email to say payment is in. User got email to say payment sent and recurring payment set up. But on the user screen, it just says Course expired and he is not able to access the course (issue B). Still we have the very first issue as well, which is that previously purchased courses are available to users even when they cancelled or finished a subscription (issue A). Please advise!

    I also checked Woo Orders and all 3 new orders marked as completed even that autocomplete is off now: http://prntscr.com/hbkmog Can be the reason for "expired" warning?

    Hi Alex, still have the same problem. what you did partially solved it. We have 2 issues initially A) As described above, after user pay, it immediately says "Course expires" b) Afte course expires, user can still have access. Test parameters were ran based on the following: https://prnt.sc/hbkhoh And what you did per: http://prntscr.com/hdsjot solved them partially.<b></b><i></i><u></u> So for the first 2 courses, they do expire after 2 days and user can get access once paid. so A and B solve. however for the 3rd course which is set to never expire, payment is still charged on a daily basis, but on the second day. it says "course expires" and user cannot get access anymore. This is despite that payment is still charged. thanks

    Hi Alex, I've just got the payment confirmation for all 3 courses, but i can't get access to all after the payment on the second day goes through. Note: Access was ok for day 1 (it was checked before the 2nd day of recurring payment). Appreciate your help to figure out what's wrong? Thanks.
