Well it seems there is some problem with your java version . Please un-install java from your system and install the latest jdk .

    Alex,

I have reinstalled java on my machine. Still, I’m getting the following issues.

    https://ibb.co/merSWb

    https://ibb.co/d4T2xG

Please provide some suggestions to resolve this issue.

    Thanks

well the issue is actually related to android studio itself not with ionic or app.
Please note this error : http://prntscr.com/hveu0y

reference link for solution to this : https://github.com/ionic-team/ionic-cli/issues/1726

you might need to un install android studio and then make a full installation of android studio along with the all sdks back again .

    Alex,

Following your recommendation, I was able to solve the SDK issues.

But now I’m getting an error at the second last step to publish

jarsigner -verbose -sigalg SHA1withRSA -digestalg SHA1 -keystore gurubudy.keystore android-release-unsigned.apk wplms

    https://ibb.co/fp3G7G

the issue is there is no “android-release-unsigned.apk” file in the apk folder. I also couldn’t find it in the whole ionic project folder

You need to move this “android-release-unsigned.apk” file to your ionic project folder(where your src folder is) so that you can run that command .

where can I find the “android-release-unsigned.apk” file?

its not in my ionic project folder

well apk files are generated in your project_folder/platforms/android/build/outputs/apk folder .
there you should find your apk file if successfully generated .
then you need to move this file into root of your project (where your src folder is ) . Then try running this command .

Alex that’s what I was telling you before.

I can’t find my apk file.

    What should I do now.

Well that means that your “ionic cordova build android –release” command is not executing properly .
you should see a success message and path to the android-release-unsigned.apk file .
Please check if you are getting a success message for your build command or not ?

If not then please share the whole screens of errors you are getting .
