    Okay please share your site url of that course ,quiz name and admin credentials  to check this issue at your end .

    Please share the following details as well :

    Quiz name and possibly a screenshot of the issue.

    To debug we need to check the settings, especially if the api has formed json outputs.

    Also can you logout and re-login in your app.

    Well it seems like the same issue when authorization is being stripping from headers .

    Please try adding this line in your .htaccess file :

     

    SetEnvIf Authorization .+ HTTP_AUTHORIZATION=$0

     

    If still it does not helps then please share your valid ftp credentials in a private reply with us to fix this at your end .

    We are able to login now but still quiz is not working even quiz in course is not working.

    1. When we subscribe to a course, course button does not change to start course or something.

    2. Kindly check the video link attached you will see all issues.

    Well that’s because of your old vibe course module plugin  .New vibe course module plugin will be released this week . After that we will release an update of wplms app same day .

    We did many bug fixes in app including this one that you are facing .

    Also added retakes option in quizzes .

    Hi, I am confused as to how this can be my fault. Please when is the update coming up please. ALso do you have any intention of making some shortcodes for elementor pro or elementor page builder please. Thanks.

    Well I did not meant that it is your fault .I was just trying to mention the reason behind this issue . Plugin update will be released this week .
    If you need those fixes in urgent then please share your valid ftp credentials in a private reply .

    For shortcodes we have various ideas .Like exporting course like scrom package or opening the unit in in app browser .

    Ok updated your api .Please uninstall app and install it again .
    We will release app update also after releasing 3.4 theme update .

    After updating your app you would need to change the app version to ” 2  ” in wp-admin -> lms-> settings -> api -> app version . refer : http://prntscr.com/i8jg3i

    Yes you need to install it again so that new changes in api can be seen in app .

    Ok Alex, removed app and reinstalled, can login now but still on my account page in the app still same problem, you can refresh but nothing appears, it’s very frustrating, you can’t view a course since once it’s free and you touch on the free, it does not direct you to that course’s page or button does not change to start course so you can start. Your advice and input is appreciated.

    Make sure that you have  update vibe course module to version 3.4 .We will be releasing app update for the new api .Please test the app after updating the app code and vibe course module plugin .

    Also in your .htaccess file please try adding this code for the profile blank issue  : SetEnvIf Authorization .+ HTTP_AUTHORIZATION=$0

    Hello Alex now when I test the new update in chrome browser and I login I get this error.

    Yes we are experiencing it too here on our setup but this does not affect the main functioning of the app .

    You can close this error and continue to work .

    Although this needs to be fixed and we are working on it .

    Hello, I don’t really know what I am or we are doing wrong concerning the quizes, it’s still not working video attached, I even registered a new account etc etc. Still nothing

     

    What do we do about the quiz please.

    This is the video of the student account taking the quiz on the site, now I don’t know if extra plugins can hinder the quiz display in the app though but I am getting frustrated now please. I tested your app you compiled and mine that I compiled and still same.

    Ok thanks for sharing the video .That was very helpful in explaining the issues .
    First of all please note here that shortcodes support is not available in wplms app as of now .

    If you want your embeded  videos to appear in app then please use the [iframevideo][/iframevideo] shortcode like this :

    [iframevideo]<iframe width=”560″ height=”315″ src=”https://www.youtube.com/embed/XnYG1WRDvw4&#8243; frameborder=”0″ allow=”autoplay; encrypted-media” allowfullscreen></iframe>[/iframevideo] 

     

    In between the shortcode you need to put the iframe embed code .then check this in app .

    You can also check this in our demo app in sample premium course .

    Quiz issue :

    Please make sure that you have put some content in your quiz .

    Also try setting the retakes in that quiz and try retaking it .

    Ok thanks for addressing this issue. We now want the retakes button and the results to be in the floating menu, so the logic is if it’s a quiz then we will have results and retake there in the menu, if it’s not quiz and it’s a course then we won’t have those please. Scrolling down is too long when the quiz is longg, and the icons are a little confusing please.
