Please check GD image library is active or not. Refer : https://www.php.net/manual/en/book.image.php   Also share php error log for any process and with error details like which error and on which page.

Just a reminder, I need you to help me fix:

• when I click on the 'Achievements' tab on the profile page, the page freezes
• when I click on 'Finish Course' after finishing the course the page freezes
• even if I have set the course duration to 9999 days, on the course page it says '27 years' and not 'Unlimited Access'
• the 'Print' button on the certificate doesn't work, it redirects me to a blank page 'about:blank'

For freezes issue I checked by clicking on achievement tab it did not freeze. But On finish course it seems like it freezes. I will have to check it on backend code. kindly share ftp credentials too in private reply. Refer : https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cqhI28ZREO
