Yes I understand that its supposed to show after admin approves but as you can see even before approval content is already gone and not saved, so yes it needs to be fixed. how long can it take because next week the site is supposed to go live, was only put off on maintenance so you could see what problem i was having
We have checked this out and been working on to fix it . We need to show the saved data to instructor and units does not have any load draft button there.

access the platform with the above given credentials and try to upload a course as an instructor, have it approved with the admin credentials and see if the buttons are available on your end.

Hi Alex, i have tried it several times, the only time the load instructor button is showing is when course is in draft or pending otherwise once approved it does not come, can I get direct contact with someone so they explain exactly why when i follow the exact steps of creating and approving the course something is not happening, maybe i am doing something wrong, i have tried different ways of uploading and approving but nothing seems to be working, only works when the courses are set on do no approve.
I understand on your side its working but here is a video of the whole thing, as you can see am clearly receiving error messages of course not being loaded.

You are right when the course or unit is published then the changed got saved directly to unit or course as we do not check for approval for more than once .
so when unit/course is approved and published then changed made by instructor are directly published .
We have a different setting called " Force Administrator Approval on every setting " in lms -> settings which not has been implemented yet in new framework right now .
When will it be implemented? and what solution can you provide for the issue am facing now because am sure other people that are using the theme are able to save and retrieve their content once administrator approves the course.

Well I checked your site and instrcutor is able to save his content and directly publish it to unit / courses .
all we have to do is to stop this direct publishing
