Well I have added a quick fix for this .

actually its an issue with the script "flexslider" we are using for carousel with latest firefox :

Site was working fine when I added that fix in your site .
The issue was due to caching the updated file is not being loaded.
The fix is :
.flex-viewport, .slides {
direction: rtl !important;
}
.v_module.custom_post_carousel{
direction:rtl !important;
text-align: right;
}
.flexslider{direction:rtl!important;}
Add this at the top (before all css ) of your style.css file in your wplms-customer child theme .
nothing change when adding this code .... the same issue in Firefox,
also, I tried to add this code in the customization/custom CSS and nothing change !!!!
then, I tried to add a code to change the color of the footer to see if it is a cash problem,....
you will see that the footer color has been changed correctly, so it's not a cash problem,
the problem is in your code ....
As you can see in this screenshot this is working fine on firefix with the quick fix :

The problem is that there are errors in your style.css file of your wplms-customer child theme .
check your styling errors here :

After fixing your styling errors add that quick fix .
Also in your site the same old style.css loads due to caching or something due to which you might not be able to see the changes .
I also faced this issue while I was fixing your site .
Same fix does working on another rtl site .On my test site .
the issue that you are facing is due to caching and errors in your style.css file .
