and the one with custom leraning path I tried to fine the reason behind it and tried many solutions .
Well I checked no matter how many times , how many css I change this issues are still persisting .I will check it again ,till then I would recommend to use the post grid .
The reverse action on swipe issue is related to the script we are using and will be solved when we move to slick carousel .

Well yes we have started working on gutenberg blocks .during this process we have already planned to switch to slick carousel which would be resolving the right left wipe issue in rtl as well as the carousel missing sometimes issue .
The same page builder block will work .
