Hi Alex, I checked, but the issues are still there. Error message still appears and double click to submit quiz. And I found one more issue: now also to go from unit to quiz you need double click.

Ok can you please share your server php error log and the time at which this issue appeared ? Also please share your timezone as well . We can check at that time what error appeared .

Is that all in the error log? or its just the last two errors? I again tried but was not able to replicate the issue . Can you share the username as well as the whole php error log to check this up

Hi the error log helped to fix the issue .It was some issue with this code :

add_filter( 'bp_email_use_wp_mail', '__return_false',99999 );

So I removed it to fix the issue.
