WPLMS and using multiple groups on registration

I want to have a group assigned to users when they register on a unique url per group. When they have registered they need to automatically gain access to the courses assigned to given group. Also i would like to incorporate the group name in the invitation url send so that it is easy for me to create, send and let users register themselves without them seeing other groups in the given courses(multiple groups would gain access to same course)   Is there a way to incorporate this in WPLMS without too much hassle?

@Ergomotion_857 Dear friend, Yes you can set the batches option in your custom registration form. Just you need to follow some points. Will this enable me to make post like pages with custom made batch registration forms with ease? or do i need to add a new batch everytime i want to add a new group? This is because i have a lot of different dates for the same course(10+ per course) and it would be a real hassle to manually create them all from batch to form.

Usually you will have create batch for multiple dates . well this can be done by using buy batch feature :   https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/wplms-buy-batch-feature/     But this actually made the registering user moderator of the batch .

This only enables me to resell and let my users pay for it.   I host my courses offline aswell. People sign up for them on my main website and i would like to enable them to be added to the course that correspondence with the date/course that is given to them. My initial aproach would be a email that is sent from my main website and that is also send to the WPLMS website and adds them automatically. But now this has changed to a simpler custom message that is sent on signup on the main website with something like this:   Hey,   We also have a online course available for you on this link: https://link.co/course_add/{name of course}   Would this be a thing that is available in the batch plugin?   as otherwise it would be not a viable option to buy batches.

Hi, As we understand from your concern you want to create group  with course connected with that. When a user joined that group , User will able to access all courses which are linked with that group.

Note :

• We did not have registration form for batch but Through course page user can buy batches(which are connected with course)
• Also you have to create multiple batch for multiple date access.

thanks for the reply Scott,   But the thing is that the courses that i will be offering from this website are connected to real life courses in company. I am doing these in front of 100+ people a month and i would like to be able to share with them a link that adds them to the correct usergroup for the correct course that i have given to them.   This is still not able with the anwers given above.

Hi, Batch = Batches are just group, they have some additional settings for wplms. Url invitation is not available in wplms-batch plugin. If you want to send invitation to users :

• you have to create a group (which can be hidden or private) .
• you can invite users to that group.

Users will get invitation for that group to join. refer this privacy for group :   This is a public group

• Any site member can join this group.
• This group will be listed in the groups directory and in search results.
• Group content and activity will be visible to any site member.

 This is a private group

• Only people who request membership and are accepted can join the group.
• This group will be listed in the groups directory and in search results.
• Group content and activity will only be visible to members of the group.

 This is a hidden group

• Only people who are invited can join the group.
• This group will not be listed in the groups directory or search results.
• Group content and activity will only be visible to members of the group.
