May 6, 2019 at 7:50 am #207721tripialeboxParticipantHello there, I set one of my courses to have the certificate after the completition of it, but the course doesn't show in my profile page. Do I have to set everything in some way that I don't remember? Is there some page setup I forgot. Unfortunately my website is not live yet, so I can't give you access, so please help me remotely.May 6, 2019 at 8:21 am #207725tripialeboxParticipantAnd another thing, when I click on achievements in the profile page, the page just freezes.May 6, 2019 at 10:21 am #207746tripialeboxParticipantNext thing I noticed is that when I finish all the lessons and then click on "Finish Course" the page freezes once again.May 6, 2019 at 1:03 pm #207797tripialeboxParticipantNow the certificate appears, but the buttons don't show. So going through everything is happening right now is:
- the certificate appears but the buttons (Print, Save as, Pdf, etc..) don't show, even if I set them correctly
- the page freezes when I click on the "Achievements" tab in the profile page
- the page freezes when I click on "Finish Course" at the end of a course

Do you suggest installing one and, if so, could you tell me which do you reccomend?May 8, 2019 at 12:43 pm #208222MkModeratorHere is the download link : https://wplms.io/downloads/wplms-pdf-certificates/ Instruction guide : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d9mXInbmFGYMay 8, 2019 at 12:45 pm #208227tripialeboxParticipantThis is the screenshot of when I click on finish course, and it stays on this page with the dots rolling: https://prnt.sc/nlxyfd This is when I try to access the achievements tab on my profile: https://prnt.sc/nlxyujMay 8, 2019 at 1:11 pm #208231tripialeboxParticipantThe print/pdf buttons on the certificate still aren't working not even with the pdf plugin installedMay 8, 2019 at 1:34 pm #208239tripialeboxParticipantActually the plugin doesn't work, it doesn't show the image when I say download pdf.May 8, 2019 at 3:50 pm #208267tripialeboxParticipantI manage to nearly fix the certificate, now the buttons appear, they all work except for the download one, which redirects me to a blank page (about::blank). I noticed it doesn't save anymore the certificate in the media. Another thing I noticed in the courses is that the course does not say anymore "unlimited" in the course page, even if I have set the duration to 9999 days. So going back to all the problems I need your help with I have: - achievements page freezing (as shown in picture above) - after clicking on "Finish course" the page freezes (as shown in picture above) - now the buttons show but the download button redirects to a blank page, and the certificate is not saved in my media section - the duration of my courses doesn't say "unlimited" anymore even if I have set the duration to 9999 days Please help me as soon as you can.May 9, 2019 at 8:11 am #208338tripialeboxParticipantCould you please answer me? I really need help. -
