Hello there, I set one of my courses to have the certificate after the completition of it, but the course doesn't show in my profile page. Do I have to set everything in some way that I don't remember? Is there some page setup I forgot. Unfortunately my website is not live yet, so I can't give you access, so please help me remotely.
And another thing, when I click on achievements in the profile page, the page just freezes.
Next thing I noticed is that when I finish all the lessons and then click on "Finish Course" the page freezes once again.
Now the certificate appears, but the buttons don't show. So going through everything is happening right now is:
- the certificate appears but the buttons (Print, Save as, Pdf, etc..) don't show, even if I set them correctly
- the page freezes when I click on the "Achievements" tab in the profile page
- the page freezes when I click on "Finish Course" at the end of a course
Please help me.
Plus, another thing I noticed, I can't duplicate Post, Pages or anything, that I could do before.

Hello, as I told you I am working on another website that is not accessible right now, I wanted to know if you could troubleshoot or guide me through the steps to set up everything correctly if that is possible.

If you are using pdf plugin. please upgrade your version.
And also if you can't share credentials please share screenshots of error.

I don't think I am using any pdf plugin. Do you suggest installing one and, if so, could you tell me which do you reccomend?

The print/pdf buttons on the certificate still aren't working not even with the pdf plugin installed
Actually the plugin doesn't work, it doesn't show the image when I say download pdf.
I manage to nearly fix the certificate, now the buttons appear, they all work except for the download one, which redirects me to a blank page (about::blank). I noticed it doesn't save anymore the certificate in the media.
Another thing I noticed in the courses is that the course does not say anymore "unlimited" in the course page, even if I have set the duration to 9999 days.
So going back to all the problems I need your help with I have:
- achievements page freezing (as shown in picture above)
- after clicking on "Finish course" the page freezes (as shown in picture above)
- now the buttons show but the download button redirects to a blank page, and the certificate is not saved in my media section
- the duration of my courses doesn't say "unlimited" anymore even if I have set the duration to 9999 days
