    The Application rejected and accepted are the same touch point. It is important to note, who rejects the user's application, the person rejecting the user;s application as he's the sender and would receive confirmation as well. So, please clarify : a. The student does not receive the rejection mail : Yes/No b. The application is rejected by the instructor and admin receives the mail : Yes/No

    Yes, and in some cases the P tags cause an issue such as the tabs shortcode. A quick fix is to remove these from the editor - text mode.

    The code is correct. get_bloginfo function is not defined in the wp-login.php You need to use absolute url for this. Also change the priority to lower value. add_filter( 'login_headerurl', 'my_login_logo_url' ,99); add_filter( 'login_headertitle', 'my_login_logo_url_title' ,99);

    2. Refer this tip : 3. Apologies for the confusion, the screenshot strings displayed for "Activity","Friends", "Messages" module which are coming form BuddyPress. You should be able to see these strings in the BuddyPress plugin 8. The course time for "subscribed" users is maintained on a "per user" basis. So, if a student is subscribed for the course, the course duration displays his expiration time  and not the course time in general. To increase or decrease the remaining time of the student in the course, manage the time from Course - Admin - bulk actions increase/decrease subscription duration.

    1. Use Certificate Templates, create a new certificate template and assign it to the courses. A certificate template is like a printable page which has blank values (or certificate shortcodes) for course name, student name etc. When a new user gets a certificate the certificate template is used and the certificate blank values get filled in for the user and the course. refer this tutorial : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/custom-certificates-with-printable-background-images-and-certificate-code-validation/ you can also import these pre-built certificates : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/certificate-import-codes/ 2. Refer this tutorial : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/certificate-code-validator-widget/ Use the shortcode [certificate_code] in the certificate template content, it will display the certificate code in the certificate. This certificate code can be validated by the certificate code validator widget.     https://wplms.io/support/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/events-translate02.png and https://wplms.io/support/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/events-translate01.png are unfortunately coming from EventOn plugin, when I check the code of EventOn it seems it is coming from some inbuilt translation panel as the strings are in the form of variables.

    There is misunderstanding here. WooCommerce refund amount is not connected to any Order item values, so there is no possible solution for this. Except for 1 use case where the product inventory is set. Only in that specific case the refund amount can be connected to the Product id and thus to the course id. The fix have been added for this specific case (2.1+) and not partial refunds in general.

    @andrew : If you would like any help or support from us, do let us know. Many times the issues are not connected to the theme. WPLMS is a buddypress theme and it has server requirements as shared in the FAQ section in the themeforest sales page. You can also reduce your server load by installing only the required plugins : BBPress, Visual composer, EventOn, WPLMS EventOn are optional plugins and theme can function without them easily. So, if you would want us to help you out, we can install and setup the theme on your site with the proper configuration. But if you feel that you will not be able to use the theme, you can request a refund from this link : http://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new make sure you're logged in before you open that link. Also please explain reason for a refund, we can not offer refunds for change of mind or mistaken purchase especially when the item has been downloaded. p.s : if you're having server problems then we're also adding a tutorial on how to setup Wplms on Amazon Aws.
