PHP Fatal error: Uncaught GuzzleHttp\\Exception\\ClientException: Client error response [url] https://api.accredible.com/v1/issuer/groups [status code] 422 [reason phrase] Unprocessable Entity in /nas/content/live/cgproduccion/wp-content/plugins/accredible-certificates/vendor/guzzlehttp/guzzle/src/Exception/RequestException.php:89\nStack trace:\n#0 /nas/content/live/cgproduccion/wp-content/plugins/accredible-certificates/vendor/guzzlehttp/guzzle/src/Subscriber/HttpError.php(32): GuzzleHttp\\Exception\\RequestException::create(Object(GuzzleHttp\\Message\\Request), Object(GuzzleHttp\\Message\\Response))\n#1 /nas/content/live/cgproduccion/wp-content/plugins/accredible-certificates/vendor/guzzlehttp/guzzle/src/Event/Emitter.php(108): GuzzleHttp\\Subscriber\\HttpError->onComplete(Object(GuzzleHttp\\Event\\CompleteEvent), 'complete')\n#2 /nas/content/live/cgproduccion/wp-content/plugins/accredible-certificates/vendor/guzzlehttp/guzzle/src/RequestFsm.php(91): GuzzleHttp\\Event\\Emitter->emit('complete', Object(GuzzleHttp\\Event\\CompleteEvent))\n#3 /nas in /nas/content/live/cgproduccion/wp-content/plugins/accredible-certificates/vendor/guzzlehttp/guzzle/src/Exception/RequestException.php on line 89, referer: https://coachingglobal.club/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=accredible_certificates
Our accredible certificates are using core accredible certificate function to create group for each course . So please contact the accridible certificate support on this .April 12, 2022 at 2:04 pm #383455ssaenzfordSpectatorHello, I am already in contact with Accresible. Please do not close this topic. I will update it.April 13, 2022 at 7:32 am #383488VeronicaModeratorok you can update hereApril 21, 2022 at 12:03 pm #383838ssaenzfordSpectatorHello, we already have the solution. I copy the message from the Accredible support team for future reference: Hey Sebastian, I have concluded my investigation. I was able to find the correct log for the group that is not being created. If you look below, this is an API request made to our server, however, the error you are getting: Status Code 422 is due to the fact that there is no Course Description included in the request. This is a requirement for a course to be created. I have looked at one of your successfully synced courses. The Course Description was pulled from Elementor, if I am not mistaken. For your three courses and future courses, I would highly suggest included some type of description like your previous successfully synced courses to mitigate this issue. I am still unware of how the plug-in is pulling the description for the course, but I assume it is from the Elementor textbox.April 22, 2022 at 2:24 pm #383887Anshuman SahuKeymasterThanks for sharing this for other users . -
