Admin extremely slow

Hello there, I have noticed  when the theme works with all plugins set up the admin is extremely slow. to save a page or browser can take up to a minute. i try to fix this issue by blocking  extermal http request adding this line to the wp-conf.php file as well as disable auto updates //define( 'WP_HTTP_BLOCK_EXTERNAL', true ); //define("OTGS_DISABLE_AUTO_UPDATES", true); this improves a little the speed althought i have to manually remove the lines again and check for new updates, and for sure the info in the dashboard is blocked.   is there any way to improve this without blocking http ? or disabling auto-updates?   txs in advance

Can you please tell if this issue appeared recently or it was from stating as soon as you installed the theme ? Please note that the wplms makes a call to vibethemes.com ,wordpress.com and envato api once in day (24 hours) and at that time your wp-admin will run a bit slow .

Hello there,   <p style="text-align: left;">I think i found the problem,</p> <p style="text-align: left;">I got a notification from SiteGround that my CPU was abused, there was an IP  which made a lot of request to the site, i blocked it and when i came back to the dashboard the WPLM plugin iw as using for strings translations was not any longer configured ( i lost all the translated strings) but soon i deactivate both the WPLM code and the string plugin the admin was again as it was in the beginning</p> <p style="text-align: left;"></p> <p style="text-align: left;"></p>
