January 19, 2018 at 10:24 pm #143501jonberrySpectatorHi, I've updated many of the plugins, including all required ones and now my course pages are blank - only after clicking Continue Course or Start Course. I've tried many/all of the fixes posted in other forums, like re-saving permalinks, clearing cache, disabling other plugins, etc. I will reply privately with admin credentials. Please help! Thank you!January 19, 2018 at 10:27 pm #143502jonberrySpectatorThis reply has been marked as private.January 19, 2018 at 10:29 pm #143503jonberrySpectatorI am currently running PHP v5.6.33. I have also tried it with PHP v7.0.27. The control panel is Plesk and it is running PHP as an FPM Application.January 19, 2018 at 10:30 pm #143504jonberrySpectatorThis reply has been marked as private.January 19, 2018 at 10:31 pm #143505jonberrySpectatorI had a Child Theme running, but have gone with the default theme for now to avoid additional conflicts.January 19, 2018 at 10:37 pm #143507jonberrySpectatorAlso, while you are in there, I am having another issue. It seems that when users renew their monthly subscription, I need to manually extent their course subscription, rather than have that renew automatically. Please let me know how I can fix that, so that renewals for courses happen along with the WooCommerce Subscriptions. Thank you so much!January 20, 2018 at 12:34 pm #143552Anshuman SahuKeymasterWell the credentials that you have shared are not admin credentials .Please share admin credentials with us to check issue with the start/continue course. check if course status page is set from wp-admin -> wplms -> course manager -> start course page , if not then create a page named start course set its template " start course " and select this page in wplms -> course manager -> start course page . for subscriptions you need to set the subscription duration same as your woocommerce subscription duration in course product settings ./ refer : http://prntscr.com/i32ff2January 28, 2018 at 12:44 am #144506jonberrySpectatorHi, yes we had a start course page set. It was set to Course Status, and I created a new page called Start Course. I also saved my permalinks after that change. The credentials I gave you above are now set as Administrator, and I logged in to verify. Please check. Thanks!January 29, 2018 at 12:47 pm #144677H.K. Many students work, but then some say Unable to Extend Subscription for X Students. Is there a quick fix for this?February 1, 2018 at 3:53 pm #145241H.K. Sorry about that.February 1, 2018 at 9:42 pm #145272jonberrySpectatorAs for extending subscriptions, please feel free to extend all students extra months for the sake of troubleshooting. They are unhappy that their dashboard are blank, so extra months is no problem.February 2, 2018 at 12:02 pm #145329Anshuman SahuKeymasterWell the dashboard went blank because on dashboard all the content is coming from widgets . When you switch between themes widgets and menus gets reset .(this was on old version of wordpres ,from 4.9.1 it does not happens anymore) . Please add all the dashbord widgets in your student and instructor sidebars . refer : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/wplms-dashboards/ For course status issue : I checked your site and found that your theme is at version 3.2.1 (which is old, latest is 3.3 ) but vibe and wplms plugins are at version 2.4.x (which is way two years back, latest is 3.3 ) . So to resolve this you need to update your wplms theme and all its plugins to latest version .Please update all your plugins first from wp-admin =->dashboard -> updates screen and then wplms theme . PS : PLEASE TAKE BACKUP BEFORE UPDATING BECAUSE YOUR SITE HAS VERY OLD VERSION OF PLUGINS . for subscription please select and extend subscription for students from course admin and check if you have matched the subscription duration as told . refer : http://prntscr.com/i32ff2
