Also in my current version, from sometime know, I can not add new customers to courses using the administration option in the course page. Can you do the update for me? So please try deactivating them . Also please share your site url ,admin credentials and a valid FTP credentials to update your setup. It seems like you didn't update your setup for ages . As your site might be live I would recommend you to first test the update on a duplicate copy of your site (staging or something) . refer for more on staging : https://wplms.io/support/forums/topic/how-to-create-wp-staging-environment/ You can monitor what issue appears on that staging site .After that we can safely update your live site . It resulted in a 500 error. latest modern theme available here : http://ow.ly/fwld30aP1G2 then try activating buddypress plugin in your site .
