    Hello! Can you help me with the update of my site, every time I try it to do it, woo commerce stops working. Also in my current version, from sometime know, I can not add new customers to courses using the administration option in the course page. Can you do the update for me? If so let me know how can we do it. Thanks in advance.

    We can update your setup but your issues might be appearing  from third party plugins . So please try deactivating them . Also please share your site url ,admin credentials and a valid FTP credentials to update your setup. PS: mark reply as private while sharing .

    Well I checked your site . It seems like you didn't update your setup for ages . As your site might be live I would recommend you to first  test the update on a duplicate copy of your site (staging or something) . refer for more on staging : https://wplms.io/support/forums/topic/how-to-create-wp-staging-environment/ You can monitor what issue appears on that staging site  .After that we can safely update your live site . So please create a duplicate copy of your site and provide its url ,admin credentials plus a valid Ftp credentials .

    Well we would also need your Ftp credetials of this staging site to update since your site has a very old version of wp ,plus other third party plugins and wplms .

    I just tried to update your wordpress but your wordpress is not also updating properly . It resulted in a 500 error. Would need ftp credentials to fix that .

    Okay I have updated the plugins on your test site . all your need is to update the wplms theme and also wplms modern child theme. refer : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/auto-updating-wplms/ To find buyer api key  : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/how-to-find-buyer-api-key-in-themeforest/ if above does not works : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/manually-updating-wplms/ Update modern theme via ftp or cpanel : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/manually-updating-wplms/ latest modern theme available here : http://ow.ly/fwld30aP1G2

    looks like you did not update your modern child theme .

    Please Update modern theme via ftp or cpanel : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/manually-updating-wplms/

     

    latest modern theme available here : http://ow.ly/fwld30aP1G2 then try activating buddypress plugin in your site .
