Hi. All menu links go to HOME. Including logged members. (So non links works). Also the wordpress log in of admin doesn't work. It go to the members log in, and does not work. To log in I have to force the wp-admin page login several times. I have other issues with the courses set up. Need a lot of help. Thanks

Well that issue can only appear when there has been something that is flushing out the permalinks . once you save permalinks , I guess all things should be working fine . Maybe it is third party plugin or the same malicious malware . would recommend to run a scan by asking your webhost on this .
