Answer options entry not aligned with the number

1. In question>>create question , when I tried to entry the answer option, the editor field not aligned with number sort. It will confusing the instructor when creating a question. Don't say that I have to hide the "editor" pin to left, yes I know it will be aligned, but let's say we have picture in that option, then it won't be aligned again. It should be aligned whether the editor is pinned or not. Refer: https://prnt.sc/1ci84qd 2. Let's say we have 4 answer option, then we want to delete option no.2, the deleted one will be no.4 .
