Apply for instructor email

I have changed the mail id in the shortcode but even then the mail is not received by the user. I am getting the message "message sent". Please help

Okay can you please confirm if the other emails are going out from your site like forget password email or activation emails ? If yes then please share url of  the page where the instructor apply form is added and your admin credentials in a private reply to check the issue at your end.

Well i was able to get the email when i checked the widget please check screenshot in private reply (however it took almost 6 minutes to receive the email .)

Hi Alex, I don't no why i am not receiving the mails. I have tried with my hotmail, with gmail account. I have waited for like 30 mins. Even I have checked the mails for Earlier day registration. Is their any constraints regarding the receiving of emails for that module.

Have you checked you spam folders? when i checked i was able to receive the email from your instructor form . I tried this two times and both the times received the emails . Please contact your webhost on this . In the form shortcode (instructor form) we are using wp_mail function which uses php mail function to send emails and also returns a true false boolean. If the mail is sent it returns true and we check this boolean in return beofre printing the success message in code . You can contact your webhost on this .

hi Alex, I contacted the webhost and they have given me a code script which uses the php mail functionality and I am able to get mail from the same. Can you please tell me where is the code snippet which you are using for instructor form. that is which file contains the code which uses this PHP mail functionality.

Well you can find the code snippet for the form shortcode mail in  " wp-content\plugins\vibe-shortcodes\ajaxcalls.php " line number 111 .  You can see there we are using the wp_mail function .
