I don't think you check your emails frequently. Since this forum is already functioning, let's us discuss here from now on.
You made a promise on 19 Feb that you would give me the update by next week. But today I still haven't receive 1 line of code regarding my issues. Everyone are busy; you're busy and I'm busy. I'm not blaming you, but would you respect your promise more?

I wasn't blaming you. It seems that this is a resource management problem that only you've been assigned to resolve all issues of appointment addon. I'm not sure if you could discuss with your team and allocate more resources to support it. From my view, it seems that this addon has been tested with only 1 positive test case, and others are considered as use case or site problems that require weeks to fix. It's meaningless to work with 1000000 new functions for the theme or other addons but none of them actually work.
Anyway, would you and the support team please resolve the 3 problems we discussed via emails since 13 Feb first? Then I'll help test other functions upon your bug fixes.
