Hi there, I tried loading an articulate package and it doesn't seem to work. I have attached the error messages I am getting in safari. I tried other browsers but it doesn't work when I try start the storyline. Here is a link: http://www.golearning.abculture.co.za/unit/articulate/?id=1242 Even after uploading the package, they dont seem to show up in my library? Looking forward to your response!Can you please share your site url and admin credentials in a private reply to check this issue at your end ?FRO this issue please check your articulate package setting .You have to export the package for web platforms. I've also made sure that the storyline works outside of wplms through the html file and it does. Any news on this issue?Well this is not connected with the theme .Note that system just uploads the package and embed it in units with the help of iframes . so there is no code or interruptions made in the articulate packages by the wplms . Please try embedding the package in a simple HTML page not wordpress . through iframes and check if the popup appears there also ? Just create .html file and put this line it it : <iframe src="http://www.golearning.abculture.co.za/wp-content/uploads/private_package_uploads/1/Tips_to_analyse_a_poem8/amplaunch.html" width="100%"></iframe>I created a .hmtl pasted the line above but when I open the file in a browser nothing happens? I also tried pasting the .html in my ftp and opening from there and still nothing. What am I doing wrong? Also is there anything else that needs to be installed fro articulate to work on wplms? What else could it possibly be if it is not an issue with the theme? And why do the articulate zips not show up in the media library even after uploading?Okay can you please share that package with us so that we can check the issue ? Thanks for the help AlexOkay i checked your package . the issue is with your package itself the launch button is not launching the package . I confimed this by directly opening the html file in browser not in theme . refer : (video in private reply ) .
