Assignment presented but show as not presented

Some Assignment that were presented correctly appear in the "Assignment not presented" list. Why is this happening?. Some instructors see this "Assignment not presented" listing assuming they did not, but actually did.

Check if assignment submissions(which are actually comments in assignments) are not going to spam or pending for approval there in comments. also set discussion settings as per : https://vibethemes.github.io/WPLMS-Documentation/quick-installation-guide.html#discussion and deactivate anti spamming plugins . if still appears then please share your site url and admin creds

I have all the settings established as indicated in the image. The real problem is that, you can see the documents that students send in their assignments, even the instructor can download it, and it appears in the list of "Pending evaluation", but at the same time, it appears in the list of "Assignment not sent ". Well yes the users whose assignment has to be evaluated also shows in the unsubmitted option as well , this is an issue adding to issue log . https://trello.com/c/VXuApmkb
