we talk to me about batch exlusivity how to activate it ?
then i have a user create a batch and course , and i want to add some user to group, but i have messahe i have to create connection before ! but i want add a user to a batch without creating connection ? wand mean creating connection ?
you did not understand us....
our website is a formation center..... but
we have some partners (hospital for example)
each hospital can have formation linked to them (group /batches) but they have to have a user access and manage what user is belonged to the group) because some courses are free and open, some others the user have to belong to a group to follow formation !
If you are using batches plugin and group is batch then you should see this option to add the student in your batch :

yes i know but only partner can add them, but partner are not instructor neither students, so what type of user they can be ?

The user who is administrator of that group can add members
yes admin of a group but role of this user can only manage Group what is please ? the admin of group could not follow course and could not create course... only user group management
what is difference between :
keymaster, translator, instructor, contributor ....
forum role
participant
spectator
bloqued ...

yes in order to add/remove members you need to add the user as admin of the group .
This is the only way as provided by buddypress not us .

the action you want to perform can be fulfilled by admin because admin has all the rights no other user has the same capabilities.

You can edit roles for specific things. Check if it works for you
Or you can check any other plugin for that purpose. This is the only way
