Best practice – registration

i need some advice on launching a wplms site, as we are a registered training organisation we need to gain students info in a simple easy way, we also wish to use the woo-commerce integration as we wish to have the student pay and enrol,   the issue we have at testing is how do we get students to simply register and pay in one easy process , If we use woo commerce product linkage , we can't get the extra fields entered at point of sale, and you can make student register first, which is possible only for free courses, see attached the screen shots , for a free course , making someone login or register first , can this be implemented for a paid course linked to woocommerce The outcome is to get user data and simple enrolment and payment process.   any advise is welcomed
