    Dear Support, There is always a black line at the bottom of the certificate pdf. Tried adjusting but it still appear. Thus when printing pdf there is always the black line when print out.   Please help

    Hello, yes i have checked it and it is a shadow. if you zoom in there you will see it will be gone.

    you can try printing as pdf you will see the line

    Hello, i discussed this with the development and they told me there is no solution for this. we are working on it. we will update soon.
