For now the breadcrumbs cannot be changed, but it can be removed if you want.

Hi, I have the same issue since I went from WPLMS 2.2 to 2.4.1,: the breadcrumbs of my pages are not showing the real path, instead they all look like this: HOME/PAGE/ (I don't have any page called "PAGE", and the link points to homepage). See on this page (it should be HOME/SCHOOL/) https://www.harp-school.com/school/teachers Breadcrumbs on courses posts, blog posts and WC products are ok, only the pages are affected. When we report this, you only tell how we can hide breadcrumbs. But can you confirm this is a bug that's on your list :-? Thank you! Happy new year to the amazing WPLMS team!

Yep this is an issue with the breadcrumbs in wplms as of now .We have already fixed this and same will be available in the next update of wplms . For the time being we can hide breadcrumb on that page with css . To hide that please add the given css in your wp-admin -> appearance -> customize -> custom css : .page-id-3823 .breadcrumbs{ display:none;   }
