Ok can you please share the course url and admin creds in whcih this issue is appearing? Are these vimeo videos , please also check if these videos have some kind of security enabled like domain privacy etc from vimeo itself .

yes there is some bug is appearing in mobile but I could not find anything in the browser part . Hi @molinajp can you please create a topic in our support forums and share your site url and admin creds there in private reply to check , We are working on to fix this on mobile .

It has nothing to do with video size as this works with other browsers Also, the service provider, I am using from more than one country and more than one service provider and the same problem We hope to find a solution to this problem. Hi yes we are working on this the issue is appearing solely on new version of chrome on android phones . We are working on it .
