bugs in dashboard

hello, i have three issues to be fixed in dashboard First, Course news appears for everyone in the site. when i go to the course in make an announcement for students its appear in every student. I agree with the point that widgets in between spaces is large. But we are taking maximus spaces as margin so even for bigger blocks the space will be clearly visible But this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/zqfkgu Looks like the page is not loaded properly. The shadow of icons is visible from the right side of the screen

thank you for reply. in the widget point, is there any way to make it smaller? the second point that is announcement from management course for student. how to hide this shadow. and another issue is course news appears for everyone in the site not only the student that already enrolled in the course! how to fix this.
