cache + wp super cache + cnd

I saw option Cache Duration on Miscellaneous tabs of WPLMS My Cache Duration on my website is =0 I have: - WP Super Cache: Simple caching, Preload Mode 720min and I checked all raccomanded option. - MAXCDN with suggest option So I have the correct configuration?

Well we have not checked super cache with wplms . So cant tell anything about it . Rest of the settings are looks fine . Yes enable CDN on your site for images and scripts if you want to but be careful to clear them CDN out when you update theme or any of its plugins .
