About the issue addressed by you:
Booking pages show all appointments from other courses
In the book tab, it will show all the available schedules of appointments of that instructor. but I need to check if the appointments is also included in the other courses then what will happen because I didn't tested this use case

I checked your videos, it seems there is a big problem in understanding how the userflow.
Got it, we're fixing all these issues and releasing update in next 24 hours.
As I go through the videos, I can see all the issues that you're facing. We'll try to resolve all the issues you're reported here.
[Major issue 12] : Do you not want users to book course appointments on instructor's profile ? Note that Course appointments maintain their own characteristics, so if a course has a appointments form that form appears for those appointment slots.
