January 18, 2017 at 7:48 am #90549jonybigudeSpectatorHi! I am having an issue with buying courses and I cannot find out why or how to fix it. If I go to the only course I am selling and then "Apply for course", nothing will happens. I will not be redirected to the paying page and even though the "Apply for course" button changes to "Applied for course", it will go back to "Apply for course" as soon as I navigate to another page and/or come back. Can you help me please? Thanks in advance!January 18, 2017 at 7:48 am #90550jonybigudeSpectatorThis reply has been marked as private.January 18, 2017 at 1:59 pm #90671H.K. LatiyanParticipantThe apply for course is a different feature which you do not want I guess, so simply edit the course and set the application for course to hide, refer: http://prntscr.com/dx7d43 ------------ Apply for course is used when you want the users to send the application and the instructor can approve or reject it, refer: https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/apply-for-course-in-wplms/January 18, 2017 at 2:00 pm #90673jonybigudeSpectatorActually that would be better. How would the payment work then in that case?January 18, 2017 at 2:47 pm #90706H.K. LatiyanParticipantPlease refer the link I shared above, this feature does not have any payment method. You cannot use any payment method for this. In your case you have to disable this feature.January 19, 2017 at 8:03 am #90825jonybigudeSpectatorI'm not sure I can follow. I have an associated product and I have a price. I have even read this topic: https://wplms.io/support/forums/topic/selling-courses-woocommerce/ I still can't sell that course. All I want to do is to give access to a course after the student has paid for the associated product. I can't find any clear instructions about that neither. How can I do that?January 19, 2017 at 1:56 pm #90899H.K. LatiyanParticipantYou simply has to make sure the course is connected to the product and product is connected to the course. Also make sure the apply for course is disabled in your course. If all of the above are true then it will work fine in your website. Let me know if this doesn't help and you want me to do the same on your website.January 19, 2017 at 2:04 pm #90903jonybigudeSpectatorI did that and the "Apply for course" was still visible. When I pressed it I got a white screen :/January 20, 2017 at 12:58 pm #91079H.K. What matters is that it is working now! I really would like to give you a big praise for your effort on trying to solve this! The theme (with all it's functions) is incredible and the only reason why I don't give 5 stars is only because it really is overwhelming and one gets lost easily. Please, do not stop developing it and giving this amazing support! :)January 23, 2017 at 10:56 am #91366H.K. LatiyanParticipantThanks for the update and your kind words. Marking the topic as resolved and closing the topic.
