September 21, 2017 at 6:24 pm #129687jasonhunterdesignParticipantHello, I recently installed and imported demo content for the theme. I went to add a File to BuddyDrive and associate it with a specific course. When I choose this option, there is not a writable field to associate the file. Am I doing something wrong?September 22, 2017 at 2:47 pm #129778Anshuman SahuKeymasterTo upload a file in a course ,you have to goto course -> drive and then upload there any file .It will be linked with the course . Try uploading the file in front end course home -> drive .September 22, 2017 at 8:56 pm #129807jasonhunterdesignParticipantI'm not seeing "Drive" from within Edit view of a Course. And while uploading to the Drive from the frontend does work, it doesn't appear for anyone else viewing the course. http://salonconcrete.com/education-dev/course/digital-photography-2/September 23, 2017 at 12:49 pm #129865Anshuman SahuKeymasterHI please check out this link for drive option : https://vibethemes.com/documentation/wplms/course-drive-buddydrive-integration-with-wplms/ You would need to select a buddydrive page in the wp-admin -> settings -> buddypress -> pages -> drive . After setting up drive please goto wp-admin -> lms -> settings - > course menu -> reset the . refer : http://prntscr.com/gopce1 IF still it does not helps then please share your site url and admin credentials to check this issue at your end . They are stored in site's buddydrive though and I can see them when I go to BuddyDrive page.November 3, 2017 at 10:40 am #134603fafickiSpectatorThis reply has been marked as private.November 3, 2017 at 1:03 pm #134624Anshuman SahuKeymasterWell after uploading the file you need to edit the file and then choose "Restricted to course" option in privacy then save changes . refer video : http://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cbXeIn21GANovember 3, 2017 at 2:42 pm #134646fafickiSpectatorThat's what I was doing. It does not work for me. Can you try this on my site please ? RadekNovember 5, 2017 at 7:12 am #134727Anshuman SahuKeymasterWell I was able to see the issue at your end but could not spot any reason behind this . I would need your ftp credentials to check this issue at your end . It stops working when the course permalink is set to anything else rather than the default one "course" . adding to issue log . Will be fixed in the next update of wplms theme . Please track : https://trello.com/c/6ajr7IKUNovember 6, 2017 at 2:42 pm #134868fafickiSpectatorallright thanks for the update. Would then the workaround be to set course permalink to "course" ? Would it be safe for existing content on the page ?November 7, 2017 at 10:09 am #134953Anshuman SahuKeymasterYes I already did that in your site yesterday . Will be fixing this very soon ,till then please use "course " permalink .
