September 8, 2016 at 8:02 pm #69742MissMadParticipantHi! I'm desperately trying to create my first quiz and followed the video step by step but it seems like I can't create new questions. Every time I select multiple choice question, I only have the "create" buttonthe whole part becomes gray and it even disappears to show a big + if I don't scroll over with my mouse. Any idea why I can't create my questions?September 9, 2016 at 9:41 am #69836H.K. LatiyanParticipantThere might be some js error which is causing the issue. Can you please share the page url and the admin credentials with us to check the issue on your site. PS: Please mark your reply as private while sharing the credentials.September 10, 2016 at 10:22 am #69994MissMadParticipantThis reply has been marked as private.September 10, 2016 at 12:52 pm #70034MrVibeKeymasterThanks, it seems there is a javascript error on your site. Please update your wplms theme .Refer : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/auto-updating-wplms/ if above does not works you can manually update the theme : : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/manually-updating-wplms/September 20, 2016 at 3:52 pm #71256MissMadParticipantHi Alex and thanks for your reply. I just tried to do this but now nothing works anymore on the edit course page. It seems like there's a conflict between my main theme and the child theme (whicj is wplmschild). FYI: I had to upload the them via ftp as the autoupdate doesn't work (WordPress doesn't see the updates for WPLMS). @udreySeptember 21, 2016 at 2:19 pm #71414H.K. LatiyanParticipantPlease make sure the activity component is enabled in wp-admin->settings->buddypress->component->acitivity, this activity component must be enabled as this is very neccessary for the wplms to function. Also check your customizations, that may be causing the issue. Also make sure you enter the title of the course when you create the course.September 22, 2016 at 2:46 pm #71582MissMadParticipantHi! Well, I've activated the ACtivity component, but stll nothing works properly and I can't add my questions. Furthermore, since I updated manually the default theme, I have a problem displaying the left column when editing my classes. Any idea how to fix this? I'm totally stuck here...September 23, 2016 at 12:57 pm #71694Anshuman SahuKeymasterI was not able to replicate any issue with the questions in your site , Please check video in private reply .September 23, 2016 at 12:58 pm #71695Anshuman SahuKeymasterThis reply has been marked as private.September 23, 2016 at 1:38 pm #71704MissMadParticipantThanks Alex for your reply. The problem I experience comes up when trying to create a new question, not picking an existing one. When I click on "create a question" once I've entered the question title and selected the type of question, nothing happens.September 24, 2016 at 1:05 pm #71837Anshuman SahuKeymasterYep this time I was able to replicate the issue . Server is retruning 500 error in that ajax call . to debug this I would need your server php error log . Can you please share it .(upload it somewhere online and share its link here in private reply .) Please also share your valid ftp credentials to check the issue at your end . PS : mark reply as private while sharing .September 25, 2016 at 12:18 pm #71879MissMadParticipantThis reply has been marked as private.
