Can't change profile photo from instructor's profile.

I've made all steps exactly as you said. Still the same issue. 1) Removed Buddypress folder through ftp.(the website became blank after that). 2) Uploaded new byddypress.zip from the link you provided. 3) Extracted file in plugins folder. I can't see any changes in profile after replacing buddypress plugin. No tab to change profile photo. I notice that all settings made in wp-admin/wplms remain active even after plugin was replaced. Maybe there is some customizations in wplms which has impact on buddypress. I also find that some child themes require customization to work properly with buddypress. Please, any advices?

There is also no avatar on members page. But I have default avatar and it supposed to be applied to all members without profile photo.

the " Profile Upload" tab is also not working in default 2016 theme in your setup  : http://prntscr.com/bdeu15 WPLMS  globally has same code for its all 10000+ customers and none of the user has ever reported same issue . Theme relies on Buddypress for the profile picture and this is purely a buddypress module. this is clearly not a theme issue . This is a site specific issue . We already tried our best to check the reason behind this . Only Buddypress devs can help you  now on this If you want to get this issue resolved then please switch to default 2016 and then please ask for Buddypress plguin support to get tis resolved on 2016 theme . If it works on 2016 then it will surely began to work  on wplms .

Resolved. Problem was in wordpress site settings but not in wplms theme.
