Can’t Edit Home Page. No Page Builder.

Hello, I've tried installing WPLMS several times and can't seem to get it to work. I cannot edit the home page. I do not have the vibe page builder option. Elementor and WP Bakery do not allow me to modify the home page at all. I'm trying to setup using the default theme. I can edit other pages with elementor, but I want to edit the theme using the Vibe page builder. Can someone take a look at this and tell me what I'm doing wrong. I followed the documentation step-by-step.
