Can’t edit “Take this course” button

Changing the Course button data does not work. I tried changing its color, radius, and button text, but it shows no effect on the button. Is this a bug, or is it just me? http://prnt.sc/25abgl2

Hi, Im facing this issue, I cant change the color of the button but most important I cant translate the button text, I have tried with loco translate but it does not work, please help me
