Can't reset assignment for student

Hi, I have a student who can't finish the assignment. I've tried to reset the course, delete the pending evaluation assignment sent (empty), and nothing solves the problem. She still sees a link to " see results" of the assignment, even after reset. I've deleted her from the course and added again. Still can't proceed with the assignment. I searched for her user ID, but there's no record of her user ID in the assignment page. Please help!!

Its might be that the assignment is expired for students and that's why you can't reset it. In this case you need to increase the assignment duration. Please refer the reply on this topic: https://wplms.io/support/forums/topic/urgent-expired-assignments-not-getting-reset/

This problem happened with me too. I reset the assignment but user still see the "check result" I have reset course too and the assignment still the same. on my Admin page id disappears from pending and evaluation list! I tried to un-link the assignment from the unit and link it and delete the student. When the user apply once again it works! but that mean Hr have to restart the course from the beginning! I need a help with this issue!
