Can’t setup auto update – API Key box doesn’t show

Installed WPLMS in a brand new site, and can't update to the latest version to solve the issue with Elementor. In the Getting Started area of the WPLMS section, I wrote my Themforest Username, and the blue button now says "Updates  Active. Click to re-confirm." however before the button, there is a yellow warning message that reads "Details required for Auto-Update". Watching the videos and screen in the documentation, I noticed that under the textbox for my Themforest Username should be another for my API KEY and it doesn't show. May it be the details required, and if it is so, how could I type it if the textbox is not visible. Just for your knowledge, I'm working on a network installation.

@medvelasquez_232 I think you watched an old video. Please check this: https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/auto-updating-wplms/ Check the first video The Elementor is a premium plugin and we have extended license so the version you are having on your site is the version included in the package. You can't update this plugin because we purchased this plugin and included in the package You have to wait for the wplms update to get a new version of Elementor

Nope the theme is at version 3.9.8.1 . ITs plugins are updated to vibe course module : 3.9.8.4 vibe customtypes : 3.9.8.2 rest are at 3.9.8.1 /   please tell your problem with elementor in details.

Hi Alex, I'm not sure where you saw that the plugins are updated as you can see in this printscreen the versions of vibe course module and vibe customtypes are 3.9.8.1 both. And about the error, here is another printscreen with it. While we fix the auto-update connection or whatever, there is any way to manually update the WPLMS plugins versions to 3.9.8.2 today? As I told Diana I have a presentation tomorrow. I'm, creating a temporary main page with Gutenberg but I would like the issue fixed. MV

These error will resolve when you update vibe customtypes to version  3.9.8.2  . the plugins updates are totally free , they should appear once you reload the plugins page three to four times or goto wp-admin -> dashboard -> updates -> hit check again button there. IF its not appearing then please share your network admin credentials where I can check this why updates are not appearing , also share your valid ftp credentials in case updates do not work to put the latest plugins manually .
