Carousel Categories order

there are several categories and subcategories, it seems that there is a type of classification that is by order of categories, I thought that changing the order could be made the change in the order of displaying the carousel of images, No !. I want to select the categories that are displayed and not the subcategories, there are 10 categories and more than 10 subcategories. I just need to show the categories, I found the code of the carousel, how could I modify it to select it by order, or by type or by any other label. only descending or ascending Thank you

@jpcabrera1234 There is an option yo show the category by slug. You have to add the slug of the category. Then only those categories will be visible on the page

Hello, if you want to show some specific categories then note down the id of these categories from wp-admin >> lm s>> category. then while adding the carousel use these specific id's with comma-separated.

Hello, here is the problem. the order should be unique: 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7....... and so on slug should be unique and there should not be of the same names of categories. refer: http://prntscr.com/oxjcmo if there is 2 business then it would show 2 business because they have same slugs.

What interests me is: the Top Category, whatever appears in the carousel, and when clicked go to the top category with their respective subcategories showing the courses of all of them.   I have modified the order of these, (which I previously did, before consulting them), not even ordering in the elementor with commas, also that there are two options ascending and descending, and none works https://prnt.sc/oxkgy2 https://prnt.sc/oxkhcj   for example: https://prnt.sc/oxkhmr
