    Hi there, we are facing a major issue, it has been almost 6 months and we found no solution. Please read out my learners query (Message: I was qualified on February 25, 2020. And today when I tried to validate my certificate for the purchase of hardcopy ... It shows today's date as my qualification date.) Every time he validates his certificate it's showing the present date (today's date). There are many learners who are facing the same issue. Need your urgent solution, please assist us.     HI in order to check this up we also need to your admin credentials in private reply . Also please check if the user has any activity for " course submit " from course -> admin -> activity.

    One way to fix it . Assing the crtificate to the user again and the goto wp-admin -> activity -> search the activity to assign certificate by you and change and edit that activity to change its date to desired date : https://prnt.sc/26qbe1m https://prnt.sc/26qbe90

    We need to check this our but we cannot see the plugins menu option in wp-admin . Please allow us to edit the plugins in order to debug and fix it.

    Hi we went to check , to. debug we need to change some code but we cannot from plugin editor in wp-adimin , therefore we need ftp creds in order to debug this .

    we solved that problem, our developer solved this. it's a huge bug from your side, but we successfully fixed it.
