Install and activate wplmsblankchildthe if not using any child theme already . 2. download the certificate.php file from here : https://gist.github.com/alexvibealex/244752f2dedc56ca95ca7775e584aaca 3. then place it in your child theme folder . 4. change the url of the page to which it is to be redirected in the file as per screenshot : http://prntscr.com/cnsrxk
