Certificate not showing in users profile

Hi, my problem is i cant seem to  get the course certificate to show in the user profile. I can get the badge but not the certificate? please help ive got the course admin set up like this so you can see its less percent to get a certificate than it is to get a badge but the badge shows and the sertifcate doesnt? see below Im presuming its a seetings issue?

Please make sure of the following: 1) The certificate is assigned to a student only when the course is finished. 2) The student should pass the course to get the certificate. 3) The certificate is added to the course after the student finished the course. Also try assigning the certificate from the course admin option manually, refer: http://prntscr.com/a0hm3z. Let us know if this helps.

Hi Sorry none of that has helped! 1. i have the certificate completion set to "Show", i cant find any other setting to set the certificate when the course is finished 2. set the passing percentage to 40 (and my test student has got 75) 3. i'm sorry i don't understand this? do you mean that if a certificate has been added in the admin after the student has finished the course that it wont show up? ill test this and with a new student if this is the case? is there a self assign in the back end admin area as i cant see the front end admin for some reason!   thanks

Coouldn't replicate the issue on your site. I assigned you a course badge and course certificate from course admin, refer: http://prntscr.com/a1bi7z And then I could see the badges and certificate in your profile, refer: http://prntscr.com/a1bihp

Hi can you have a look at these two students then and tell me whats going wrong. Both these students have completed the course but neither has the been awarded the certificate. The both the students that you asked me to check are receiving the certificates and badges. Refer: http://prntscr.com/a1ukhv And http://prntscr.com/a1ul11 It might be when these students finished the course the certificate was not added in the course. I assigned them certificates manually by course admin.

Hi Thats great thank you can i ask one last thing please, can you do a screen grab or screen cast of where you assigned the certificates manually in my system as i cant work out how to do it and this will be very useful for me in the future Thanks again for your help Ben
