Certificate PDF shortcodes not working

We are using WPLMS Certificate PDF plugin and have created a template but PDF Certificate is rendering raw Shortcodes. i.e the shortcodes are not replaced with the appropriate values like student name, the course title, etc. Could you please help us with this issue as soon as possible.   Thanks in Advance

hi,

Please make sure your vibe shortcode plugin is activated and updated to latest version.

Also make sure the activity component of the buddypress is enabled from the wp-admin->settings->buddypress->components.

hello dear sorry for the delay in response as it is holiday! this is really strange!! i need to check this on your site so please share all the details in private reply. and also share the url of the course in which user must be enrolled and have assigned the certificate for the same course on which i can test the same
