MR. Vibe Why is it so difficult to generate a certificate ? Simply does not generate certificates with any image. The " Background Image / Pattern " does not work to. You said that this feature would be corrected , but so far nothing ! You must guide us and tell us which settings to use for a background image . What is the height, width that will make the generator work?Please share admin credentials and site url to check this issue at your end . Ps : mark reply as private while sharing the credentials .Two things you need to make sure, a. The image must be loaded from the same domain, not from a CDN or from sub domain. b. Tks for your reply. The credentials are working now ! Please try again. The pictures are on our server where our website is hosted . The images load on another page, but not in the popup .The background image is not accessible even from the direct link .Seems like the background image that you are using is not publically accessible form the amazon s3 . Please make the image publically accessible from amazon .Watch the video to see what happens. The images and videos of the entire site is stored in the same location in the Amazon . Otherwise we would be in trouble everywhere the site , right? Are you sure the problem is permission ? Even with the generator load the background image as the video ?
